The distance between center of seed trench and inside edge of closing wheel spike should be 1 1/4". If you can, let planter down lightly on concrete or driveway and pull forward two feet to see where trench center is and measure from there. Make sure that closing wheel asy. is centered over furrow. You will more than likely need a longer bolt and definitely more spacers to get to the 1 1/4" dimension.
