| I put a small one up for hay storage 24' x 48'. The fabric has lasted in the W Kansas winds ok. The only problem I have is their hardware sucks. Trying to tighten up the bolts holding the arches to the cross runners and my son and I were snapping bolts. Sooo, don't tighten as hard. Problem then became that as the wind works the fabric, the arches start to move since the clamping mechanism to hold the runners isn't tight enough. You will either need to buy better bolts on your own, or use self drilling screws to hold the clamps in place. The other problem is the bolts to hold the arches to the foot. The galvanized carriage bolt with lock washer and nut just work loose and the structures sways in the wind. Simple solution is to buy a good machine bolt and use locknuts instead. I have no complaints on the tubes and the fabric. |
