Im just worried that the connection between the guys that are trying to keep the stock holders happy and the guys that are trying to keep the customers happy is getting farther and farther apart. I understand its part of big buisness, Im just trying to say that the job is not going to get any easyier for the guys trying to work at the local level. I also wonder why some people are so loyal to certain large companys, and will defend with all of there heart and mind????? Why stick up for John Deere, Caseih Syngenta or Monsanto, the people that are trying to keep the stock holders happy don't give two ----- about you. |
