| I sure feel for the gentleman who lost the cows. Not that it makes a difference but was it the acid or the lead in the battery that killed the cattle? Many years ago we lost some calves to what the vet diagnosed as lead poisoning. Only thing we could figure out was the calves had access to the 350 gal overhead gasoline tank. The bulk man filled it on a cold day and it warmed up and the tank overflowed some and the calves standing around licked on the metal stand. This was back in the days before catalytic converters when regular gas still had lead in it. | |
