North Central MO | I have a 40' Schwiess. Has straps and auto locks. I would disagree on not being able to seal it up tight. If you order one make sure and ask to have the control box NOT mounted on the door but rather wired so it will be on the wall next to the door ..... learned that the hard way .....
I like the door, it will let a lot of heat out when you open it. Have not seen anything that I would prefer over the bifold for a big door.
