Subject: GPS and Powerlines

The power company is wanting to run new higher voltage lines over one of my customers fields. We have plans on putting an RTK base at his location. The power lines will be ~150 feet from the base. What, if any, problems can I expect from the magnetic interference of these lines. They are also planning on having them "droop" to just 19 feet above the ground. Most combines have a tank at roughly 13-14 feet high and an unload auger that is 17 feet in the air. This will cause other problems. What I'd like is if anyone knows of any articles that reference problems with high voltage lines and GPS equipment. If you do have some articles a link/magazine date would be fantastic as we need this for reference.

Thanks
