The Cruizer II will work great for you, and yes there is a tilt comp device available part #1-117-0171-059 at your raven dealer, the cruizer is WAAS and its 9 inch pass to pass accuracy, and as long as you mount the screen high enough you should have no problem following the lightbar on it.
