Cedar Rapids, Iowa | You can get correction data from:
1) Satellite - JD SF1/SF2, OmniStar XP/HP/G2
2) 900MHz radios
3) 450MHz radios (the lower frequency does a bit better around trees and hills)
4) Cell phone system - this assumes you have good cellular coverage in all areas, when you're working at distances that are more than what a regular 900 or 450MHz system will do in your terrain.
As mentioned above, the Leica MojoRTK is the only non-Deere receiver that will work in place of a JD receiver with the JD displays for JD autosteer. It basically emulates an iTC on SF1, so you also get out of buying the SF2 unlocks for the displays. If you want to go use the cellular portion of the Leica MojoRTK, you need to pull that correction data from somewhere on the Internet. That means either a CORS network, or you can set up a base station of your own that is connected to the Internet.
