That's the new version to replace the square tube bracket installations. It works better, is more rigid and makes a heap less noise, but takes about 2 hrs to fit, and you've got to cut some slots in the plastic for the bracket to poke out of. There are similar ones for the 6000/7000 series Deere's as well, with a slight difference in the ones for the Standard and Premium cabs.
