Just my opinion, I would not use WAAS with true count clutches or any row shutoff for that matter. WAAS has a pass to pass accuracy of 6 to 8 inches which is probably close enough but that is only within a 15 minute window. Static (outside 15 minute window) accuracy is 3 to 8 feet. I think you will fight your endrows and not get the result you are looking for. If it were me I would use no less than omnistar hp or equivalent. Again just my opinion.
