Maybe you should put new tires on your atv. I thought we were talking about UTV's though... side by sides.. not ATV's?
Since you seem to be such a scholar... Are the UTV/ATV tires only rated for 40 mph? If so, would you be so kind as to explain why my Honda from the factory will do 63 mph and is not a safety hazard?
