The Internet | all of the major manufacturers have had front linkage and pto available for years.
You can get them from after market suppliers (I used to use a Linx front hitch and PTO on a Deere 6800), but I think you will need to change the front tombstone to one with a hole in it for the PTO shaft. I doubt the direction of the fan will make much difference to the radiator, you'll just bloke the back of it instead of the front.
