One, it seems like you guys are forgetting or weren't aware that the NH 6000 series tractors are the direct equivalent of the Case IH Maxxum series, and built in the same plant. So lets not be to hard on NH specifically. If I had to guess, I would say NH sells at least as many tractors in this size as CIH, maybe more. Secondly, the reason there is no dealer stock is because of the 31 MPH transmission. Dealers usually don't order the high speed trans for inventory machines because it is pricey. It is also the end of the year, so things are getting cleared out. The 6000 series are VERY popular in the US and to answer the original poster's more pressing question, yes they are very good tractors, there really is no downside to them. Thirdly, I am a NH salesman and I ALWAYS return calls. | |
