I have an '07 Tahoe 2wd with the 5.3 Litre engine and a 3.42 rear axle, we drove it to Branson the first week of November and got 22 mpg driving 70 mph a lot of the time. I'm 6'4" and my wife is 5'9" tall, so we don't like cars, too hard to fall in and climb up out of, as long as I can afford the gas I will have an SUV.
