Thanks for the good description Brandon.  The consensus seems to be pointing toward the lights in front of the windshield so I'm going to take care of that first because it is the easiest.  If that doesn't fix it I will move on to the windshield seal.  Thank you.

Lowell,  if I end up getting into the windshield seal I will give a crack at doing a wiki...I might figure it out  :)
