NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | My BIL just got done building one, as a matter of fact he just turned on the floor heat yesterday. This building is in town so had to meet the building codes of the town cosmetically before they let him build it. He went with the 6inch vs. 4 side walls for an extra $1,500. If I remember right I think he said it is a 32'x44'x9'. He said it was 20% more then a stick building but he felt it would pay for itself in energy savings with the way the walls are made. A friend of his has one & was very impressed with his so he went this way also.This is for his vehicles & "toys" & a place for him & his friends to hang out. I have not seen it yet but I'm sure it is nice. Good luck with your decision. | |
