I'll have to agree with the other replies about the chiropractor,  my middle child had constant ear infections and double ear infections all the time.  The worst part of it all is that she is allergic to penicillin and the other drug of choice zithromax made her get nasty blisters like canker sores all over in her mouth!  My wifes cousin is a chiropractor and told us to let her give it a try.  After a couple visits with her and a few years have gone by, she has had zero ear infections since the Chiropractor visits. Coincidence, maybe, but I'll put $130.00 per Dr. office visit on the line that says it helped her out immensley.
Never had a ear infection on a week day,always would start Friday at 6:00 pm and be the worst at about 2:30 Saturday morning!!!  It can be trying.
