East Saskatchewan | Yea hot water is the key. Get as much snow off as possible, use a blade on a quad or whatever you have and then a couple of people on skates pushing shovels to get the rest. After you have as much snow off as you can, you need the water to be as hot as you can possibly get it. I run the zamboni at our arena in the winter and the hot water heater there is turned up to the max. | |
