I just ordered a stiffened '36x12 4.00 bin that holds 40,000 w/ 8" power sweep and 25 degree incline auger, ladder and 15hp vane axel fan for $1.20 per bushell erected - concrete, excavation, and electrical.

I think w/ stairway, big fan and the 10" and 12" loadout system you are getting a fair shake on the price.
