I would leave it alone, your not done with winter yet. It still might freeze out. I don't know what you spent on seed but if you bought "named brand seed" it would be a pretty expensive cover crop to just burn off in the spring.
I hate wheat, but I would kill to get it through the winter without it dieing. I have seen some pretty nice wheat in November turn to crap by spring.
