All good suggestions here. I found the biggest advantage I could give myself when I used an 800 was to get round seed. 50 lb. rounds with the brush in the lowest part of the slots would give me the best spacing. I have had very good spacing with 40# rounds too. Flats almost always equalled poor spacing. I was always tempted to get popcorn drums and wire the brushes down but never pulled the trigger on that.
