| Check the shaft bearings that hold the drum.
Check the coupling between the little 90 degree gearbox and the shaft drum, it needs to be tight.
Put a heavier spring on the tightner that tensions the chain that drives the 90 degree gearbox, but pull the chain back instead of towards itself.
Clean all of the built up graphite/slip plate off the plate that the drum seals against.
Make sure the plate the drum runs against is flat, fertilizer will corrode and make this plate warp.
Soft and not cracked cuttoff wheels.
Is the seed manifold square to the drum.
Is the drum square with the wall and is the drum seal happy.
Seed level in the drum is important.
Look for soft spots and kinks in the black air tubes.
Is the hopper lid seal is happy.
Edit= I must have had my Cyclo runnin purdy darned good, because the 1200pt I bought diddnt impress me as much as I was lead to believe it would.
