That's definitely a Martin Farm Power decal.
Could be a collectors item....I think they were the 2nd oldest Caterpillar dealer in business until they cashed in, and the smallest. There was an RD6 at the ag hall of fame in Bonner Springs with the same Chanute phone number on it that they would still answer...except it had no area code and no prefix....just four digits.
