I think tattoos would be fine on a person if they had a medical problem where they get disoriented or have seizures and the tattoo could have info on what people should do if they are around these people or find them they will be able to know what to do . Other than that I have no use for tattoos or piercings on people other than women having their ears pierced with in reason.
Since beh and Rich started it......................
