I looked over the harness to the 2600 I could see that something wasn't right. The previous owners had taped back white 209 and installed a larger gauge yellow wire that had been cut off where the harness comes out from the corner post. I tried switching back to the standard white 209 and I couldn't get the status to change even grounding it right at the connector in the cab. Tractor man at dealership confirmed that they had issues sending the signal through the instrument panel on older tractors. When I went back to the yellow wire direct to the 2600 and hooked my harness to it, the switch status is now changing correctly.

Brown 211 that I am back feeding radar to appears to have a positive voltage of 4.5 when nothing is hooked to it. Not sure if this is something to be concerned about?

As far as the backlighting is concerned I think the last of the working bulbs just gave out. Will know more when the replacement bulbs get here.
