If you've tried the best method, you know, the one about saying sweet 'somethings' to the wife; and then well, you know..., and got no relief (grin),    then take a shot or two of stout booze; swish it around in the mouth for awhile.... I heard it absorbs directly into bloodstream.. Get a little relazing buzz in about 10 minutes.. Should be enough to shut out the noise going on in the head and fall asleep... Not enough hootch for a hangover...
