Devils Lake, ND | 1) Talk to the rep(s) you for sure trust, and tell them you would be interested in any good opportunities they may come across.
2) Talk to your boss about your grievances. Good employees are hard to replace. If he is a good boss, he will work to address any legitimate complaints you have.
3) As a last resort, use a head hunter. Those guys are vultures, but they do have a purpose. | |
