. . . and then starting my own business, I don't recommend that at all.  There is no utopia, that I assure you - it's up to you to determine what you'll put up with in the end.  The seed and chem companies are going to ask you to step outside your comfort zone on integrity as well (also from experience).  The other thing I'd recommend is not having your name in your profile and making a post like this.
