tough to give advice without knowing your level, ie; grunt, skilled labor, manager of a certain area say feed & seed, or general manager himself............yah, a few GMs even want to leave every now and then.

Bottom line, sometimes a quiet heart to heart with the GM is needed.  Listen to his expectations and ask to share yours.  You may be in sync with each other, or so far apart you really need to look hard at another job. 

Being sick or your job can become the job making you sick so you need to find a fix.  And in my case that started with a heart to heart with the wife.  She has to know and accept your feelings about the job to be that support you need to move forward.
