East Central Arkansas
I have set up two different locations with a Winegard HD 7698p antenna. I believe that to be the correct number. It's the one that is just vhf high band and uhf. The low band part of the antennas is what requires the long elements and this one doesn't have the low band built into it. It is still a long antenna in length but is not near as wide as the old low band ones. I am hoping that it will stand up better to the wind and ice storms. I also used the Winegard Ap 8780 preamp. We are really in the fringe area for the stations we want to get but get them most of the time. We prefer the Little Rock AR channels over the Memphis TN ones but the powers that be have decided that we are in the Memphis viewing area instead of Little Rock. I am stuck with Memphis on satillite so I use the off the air channels to watch the news and weather.
