Lost 21 lbs in 2weeks. How you ask? Went in for back surgery, only suppose to be ther 3 days would up to be 3 weeks!! Had to have 3 surgeries instead of one. Was on ice chucks and water for about a week. Needed to lose the weight but not that way, now hoping to keep it off
