Went way backwards compared to my last week, gained 2 pounds. I haven't been limiting myself again, or keeping track of what I eat this last week.
I dropped coffee cold turkey, and limited calories to under 1800 the weeks I've lost weight. I'm down 12 pounds since I started losing weight (I started before we started here). Clothes fit better, I sleep better.
