Carroll,NE | The part about pointing directly to the tower, can't and won't buy that. My antenna is pointing straight east and I am getting all the Iowa stations. I am southwest of Sioux City. Before with the old antenna it was pointed southeast. I was told too to point it directly were the station is. I think it has a lot to do with the atmosphere. My folks have 2 digital TV's, a 32" and a 15" coming off one antenna, pointing to the east and they get both Iowa and Nebraska stations. They are 30 miles south of me on a hill. Also talked with other people and they are using old analog antenna and a booster pointing thru trees and they get more channels than I get. So I guess it's whatever you want to spend or want to believe. I admit I don't live in an ideal location to get the channels I want.
