I am not a camper, but I am a deer hunter. Where we hunt, camping is the only option. Every year there is a group camping with a couple of big green wall tents. It looks like fun, but you had better know what you are doing. Usually the temps range in the teens to 30's. We stay in a camper, and do quite well. Several years ago, while deer hunting in the Black Hills, we had a very old camper, but it was still a camper. The temps dipped to -15,during our stay, rare for the Black Hills in November. It also snowed the whole time we were there. We stayed warm, as long as the propane held up. Hot coffee and Rum are a must!
