| Didn't do quite as well this week, only lost about 1/2 a pound. But I feel great! Sleep much better at night now, and have much more energy during the day, don't get tired at 2:00 to 3:00 like I used to.
What are you guys doing for your program? I have been trying to watch my carbs mostly, and all but cut out non-diet pop. Trying to eat more salads and that kind of stuff, not the easiest thing to do. Also been biking 7 to 8 miles and day, or walking 4 miles, or some combination there of.
Was difficult at first get up and walk or ride every day, but now I really look forward to it most days. Gives me time to think about how other things are going and clear my mind.
