Come on,,,,  Government workers you expected better ??    Not their money, has zero impact on them personally, common sense not required nor encouraged.

All that has to be done is start firing incompentent workers all the rest will figure out PDQ "opps,, screw up and I'll get fired".

Performance in ALL Government jobs  WILL  increase considerably !!!
