Subject: 1.1 BILLION - $100 dollar bills are defective?



central - east central Minnesota -

News reported that there is an printing error with 1.1 Billion, $100 dollar bills and they are now reverting back to printing the old $100 dollar bills . . .. Anyone have any indepth info as to why, what and additional info?

That's alot of money ! !  ($110,000,000,000 billion dollars), is there really that many $100 dollar bills circulating around the US? or the world?
