Mine has the Auto five speed, it works great. It isn't really an automatic, but more of an autoshift manual. It shifts just like the newer autoshift trucks, if you hold it to the floor the rpm drops between each gear. If you look at the specs, the autoshift is actually rated at better mileage than the manual.
