| I know first hand on attitude. When my flight got canceled a few years ago, I was behind this person that just ragged on the airline person. It must of been 5 minutes of just loud cussing and everything. When I walked up to the person, I saw a deer in the headlights person. She was frazzled. I very quietly said my information and stated my problem quietly. This person gave me everything and a coupon for $200.
When I was working retail and I had a rude customer, I would help them BUT NOT volunteer anything more than what the customer actually asked for. The customer that did not yell and respected me, I would advance information that helped their claim. So rude person gets exactly what they asked for and nothing more. The nice person that asks nicely gets helped and extra information for their question. | |
