That attitude might be consistent with Bayer. A friend leases a small amount of land to Bayer. It was originally leased to a cotton seed development company that was bought by Bayer. He wants out of the lease. He took the their proposal to his lawyer and learned that it contained legal wording that allowed them to renew the lease indefinitely.
