yeah we have had three of these vacs, 4000, 4500 and now the 5000EX and the 4500 would never spit grain out the discharge. I think that the fan is sucking is faster than the auger can take it away. I too have never adjusted the springs on the discharge, might have to look into that. Where should they be adjusted to?
