Hey Chad, I don't know about the CIH, but I purchased a Summers chisel this fall and ran it in the cornstalks. It did an amazing job, it worked it up really nice with 3" twists. It has the floating hitch also.
I don't know how it compares in price to the Deere, but for trash flow it sure worked good. And it is GREEN to!!!
