Riley County Kansas | I have worked for a farmer full time for 8 years now and I farm some ground on my own. Some things that are important to me are wages, insurance, and having opportunity to possibly buy in. There has to be extra incentives to want to work alot of hours and give up most Saturdays all year around. You may already be offering these things but just something to keep in mind. | |
