Ted, do you mean while within a job or period setting swath width less than the total width? The Envizio Pro and Viper Pro will both allow you to do this. I'm not as familiar with other guidance and application consoles, but I can't believe that others won't let you do this as well to build in an overlap.
I hadn't really thought about a situation where one would change the overlap while within a job as a way to change the swath guidance lines spacing. I'm most familiar with my own personal setup where I don't have the overlap feature. I had thought it was unnecessary to even have an overlap feature as I reasoned that you would just set the swath width narrower if an overlap was desired.
This could well be a way to handle some of the more confusing situations. |
