Lapel, In | Want to increase revenue? Buy more land(if its reasonably priced) and rent it out.Looks like cash rent is going to continue climbing and farm land will continue to appreciate. That way you would have the purchase price locked it with its value and its income continuing to climb.Too old to do it myself if Ididn't see a light in the end of the tunnel. And it happens to be that long black Cadillac.lol.
