Bonanza, Or | I bet they aren't being issued tickets like we are when irrigation water gets on the road. Makes one sick to work all summer on a limited amount of water trying to produce food and then seeing those folks take for granted they will have all the water they will ever want. That problem will not change until the faucet doesn't run in the city, they cannot fill the pool and the limo cannot have a bath.
After the alfalfa symposium give us a run down when you get a chance.
