I asked to see it once. The ISP told me I was going 67 in a 55. I knew I wasn't. He reluctantly showed me. It showed 59. Gave me the excuse that I was slowing and he didn't get me locked in until 59. Still got the ticket. According to this piece of work it didn't matter he could do as he pleased. Oh, and all the while he's squeezing one of those stress balls. I sure was impressed.
