you just figured out why there is a medical crisis in the USA.

 Prices have zero to do with actual, research/production/distribution of any product. After all it's assumed everybody has insurance so it's free !!  (or really doesn't cost the consumer all that much)  Problem is medical insurance goes up,, *the insurance companies are ALL starving don't you know*  And of course everything else that is used in the medical profession also goes up for the same reason.

It is a vicious cycle that just keeps going around and climbing each time everything "medical" makes the circuit...

The prices Drug companies sell medications to Canada are much closer to the actual cost of production + profit margin.  Here in the USA,, it's free cause the insurance pays for it......

Obama's health care did nothing to stop the cycle, his grand plan only made insurance more expensive then requires everyone to have medical insurance or get a visit from the IRS.. (the Obama plan only requires insurance companies insure everyone. Nothing was done about the actual prices charged for meds/dr's/hospital's/ etc.....  

Doctors are not Rock stars or Professional athletes and none of them should be getting the kind of pay they are really getting.

Shoot an R.N. (nurse) can make $80,000+ to start in this area.
