Rx scale would be if the map is made in tons and needs converted to pounds for the Raven controller. For instance, a 1 ton zone would use a factor of 2000; thus, sending a rate of 2000 to the Raven controller instead of 1.

I would verify the speed, implement width, and meter cal. The cal tag should be on the flowmeter, but if not, 168 is typical for applying in actual lbs of N. You could also take existing meter cal*total volume in the scs/known volume= New meter cal.
