NEMO
Not much overhead in an operation like that? Would like to know more about the kosher deal? Worked in a corn wet milling factory where we would dry and blend corn syrup with malt. Ship to New Jersey, I think. Every bag and drum had to have a kosher stamp on it or it was rejected(customer was anal about this). Would run about 8 trailor loads of finished product every 5-6 weeks year round. The kosher thing interests me because at that time, '92-'98, that kosher stamp alone was worth a nice premium.
